Tom H and Sherri live in Colorado, USA. He was 63 when he was diagnosed in April, 2024. His initial PSA was 4.20 ng/ml, his Gleason Score was 6, and he was staged T1c. His initial treatment choice was Undecided and his current treatment choice is None. Here is his story.

Hello! I was diagnosed in April with a GS 3+3. One core out of 14 had 2% cancer cells. I'm considering AS but also have an initial appointment with a successful surgeon who has performed over 1000 RALP.

There is much cancer in my family (no prostate) so I'm thinking that taking it out would just take care of it - get it out of my thoughts. Any advice would be appreciated. I live in a small Colorado city, but Denver seems to have a strong program.

Tom
