Clerk Jones lives in West Virginia, USA. He was 67 when he was diagnosed in January, 2019. His initial PSA was 3.25 ng/ml, his Gleason Score was 7b, and he was staged T2a. His initial treatment choice was Surgery (Robotic Laparoscopic Prostatectomy) and his current treatment choice is None. Here is his story.

Sept 2018 PSA went from 1.46 to 2.5. waited 3 months went to 3.25 and had an biopsy 7 core samples with coming up positive. 30-40% adenocarcinoma. Gleason 4+3

Spoke with urologist about he recommended robotic prostatectomy. I had it done 2-20-2019.

Seem to be okay but catheter was a pain. taken out after 10 days.

Pathology report lowered Gleason to 3+4 and said cancer was in 5-10% of prostate. Said perineural invasion was present. Staged me at stage 2.

Wore pads approx 11-13 months and stopped, but do have leaks especially when lifting or heavy exercising.

PSA's since have been .05, .05 .03 and .06.

I feel pretty good but always skeptical as to whether I'm good and healthy.

Always up for comments and advice from members. Currently about 16 months from surgery.

Please comment.
