Kirk H lives in Texas, USA. He was 58 when he was diagnosed in November, 2013. His initial PSA was 4.00 ng/ml, his Gleason Score was 6, and he was staged T2c. His choice of treatment was Surgery (Robotic Laparoscopic Prostatectomy). Here is his story.

Post-surgery, pathology indicated tumor present at apex with extension up to cauterize do edge in A2. Seminal vesicles and lymph nodes were clear. PSA first measurable at 0.1 at 15 months post surgery. After visiting with two radiation oncologists, have decided to do 6 weeks hormone therapy, 8 weeks radiation, then 6 weeks of hormone therapy. Prior to any treatment will do an MRI and colonoscopy.
