UPDATED

July 2024

It has been so time since I have visited this site so will try to update the missing history February 2023 my PSA was .76 with a mri showing a suspect lump in rearrectal fat in the prostate bed.March 23 had HD brachy therapy to the lesion with good initial results PSA dropping af 3 months to .15 However my joy was short lived and PSA began rising again shortly after.During the treatment there was an issue with the catheter that resulted in a severe bleed. Because of a sticture after surgery and the suspected rib lesion I haven't opted for complete salvage radiation so am waiting for some evidence of desease as the last pmsa pet scan was clear. I will have a PSA test next month then another psma g68 scan after that to determine if anything is visible.l will hold off on systemic therapy until my PSA is around 2.00
