Well ... my surgery was 9/5/2018 and it's only 3 days later now. But my PSA had continued to rise up to 8.82. Also Prostate enlargement was becoming an issue. After the 3rd biopsy, my urologist consulted with me and my wife: cancer. I was also having blood in my urine because the enlarged prostate was keeping my bladder from emptying .... bladder stones. So I immediately scheduled surgery to have stones removed and after all that cleared up, prostate removed. And I'm trying to recover now but having a difficult recovery due to pain, indigestion, etc.
14 months out ... I was able to effectively control leakage by using Kegel exercises. Complete control after 6 weeks ... woohoo! But unfortunately still having ED issues. Even using pills. Am considering alternative methods. No side effects.
Ok ... 4 yrs and 3 months out. Still cancer free and found an effective solution for ED. My urologist suggested Tri-mix. It's a little expensive ($161 for 5 vials) but it works. And it's a little inconvenient and not-that-easy to administer. But it does work. But I am thankful to my urologist for removing my cancer and returning life back to me!❤️
