I may not qualify because I had something called "pre-cancerous prostate or HIGH GRADE PIN." I was never told that I had cancer only that you want to watch this closely because you are high risk. I have had 4 biopsies the latest showing no cancer. However I had a psa reading of 15.1. The Urologist told me I had a 50/50 chance of having cancer.
For 14 years I watched my PSA gradually increase. I got tests every 6 months. At times it would go to 7.6 then back to 5.4 or in the that range. Then it got into the 7 range, then into the 8 range two years ago. In April of 2016 of 2016 it jumped to 8.7........I was very very scared. On October 11, 2016 it jumped to 11.6. I was terrified. I asked for another reading on Oct 15, 2016 it went to 11.8. Then in Nov of 2016 it jumped to 15.1. I got a biopsy, 12 cores, doctor telling me I had 50/50 chance of prostate cancer. Plus all the symptoms, frequent urination, burning when urinating, start and stop, etc. To my surprise the biopsy was negative, no cancer. The Urologist wasn't convinced and wanted another PSA reading which I got back today (about four months after the biopsy) indicating 6.2!! For my age, 73, it was now normal.
What did I do to get a 6.2 reading in a four month period. The short answer is I went to an "Herbalist" and took CHINESE HERBS plus acupuncture. I also juiced (carrots and greens), plus ate 80% raw food and 20% cooked. I also drank half my weight in ounces of water (I weigh 170 and therefore drank 85 ounces of liquid, smoothies, juicing, and water) per day along with Celtic Sea Salt. I ate all organic food. I was disciplined and applied this routine religiously, and I mean religiously. There is more to my story but what I just related is the basics of what I did. If this story is helpful I would be glad to answer inquiries of my 14 year journey and final SUCCESSFUL ending. Although I was never told I had prostate cancer (Only a pre-cancerous prostate or HIGH GRADE-PIN, which is very aggressive) I believe I had it at one time but got rid of it. It was a very long journey but I was too scared to give up and tried many many things and finally found the answer ..........I tried so many things. It was a long learning curve for me, but happily I am OK now and want to help pthers if I can by telling my story. YOU MUST MAKE A DECISION YOU WANT TO LIVE at all costs.........I did.
